Residents, relatives and team members have come together to celebrate an exciting new chapter and the unveiling of a new name.
Previously known as Chestnut Lodge, the home on Butler Street East in Bradford has officially become Willow Grange.
Residents, families and members of the team were all involved in choosing the new name, making sure the people who know the home best had their say.
To mark the occasion, everyone came together for a special celebration to officially unveil Willow Grange and enjoy the start of this new chapter.
Residents and the team also planted a willow tree in the garden, creating something that can grow alongside Willow Grange as it begins its new chapter.
Although there is a new name above the door, the people and relationships that make the home special remain at its heart, and everyone is looking forward to making many more memories together at Willow Grange.
